Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ChurnSafe platform (“Service”) operated by ChurnSafe (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChurnSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications through the intervention system
• Attempt to access other tenants’ data or bypass security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to collect sensitive personal information (health, financial, etc.) without appropriate consent

Service Plans and Billing

ChurnSafe offers tiered subscription plans. Billing is monthly and processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of the billing period.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to ChurnSafe, including tracked user data and intervention content. We process this data solely to provide the Service.

Intervention Emails

Emails sent through ChurnSafe’s intervention system are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurnSafe’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
