Tracked User Data
When you install the ChurnSafe embed on your application, we collect behavioral data about your end users as configured by you. This data is processed solely to provide churn prediction and intervention services.

- To generate and deliver intervention emails on your behalf

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Event data is automatically purged according to your plan’s retention period. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, tenant isolation at the database level, and regular security audits.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ChurnSafe:
- Cloudflare — Infrastructure, CDN, and edge computing
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Resend — Email delivery
- Sentry — Error monitoring (PII is scrubbed before transmission)
