You add a single script tag to your application (under 5KB gzipped). It provides three functions: identify() to associate users, track() to record custom events, and page() to track page views. Events are batched and sent automatically.
ChurnSafe evaluates five behavioral signals hourly: login frequency decay, feature breadth contraction, support ticket velocity, billing signal deterioration, and engagement trend reversal. These are combined into a 0-100 risk score for each tracked user.
When a user's risk score crosses your configured threshold (default: 70), the AI intervention engine generates a personalized email using your voice profile. You get a 24-hour preview window before the email sends at the optimal time.

ChurnSafe uses a 21-day attribution window. After an intervention is sent, we monitor whether the user re-engages. Saves are classified as "confirmed" (clear behavioral reversal) or "likely" (continued activity without cancellation).
